The 34-year-old from Thun is a graduate hotelier and restaurateur HF (Thun School of Hotel Management) and has completed the HF Hotel Management postgraduate course. He also boasts many years of experience in contemporary gastronomy as well as in classical hospitality and gastronomy, and is the father of a 5-year-old daughter.
Denise Mani (41) gathered her many years of professional experience in every possible role in classical hospitality and contemporary gastronomy. Born to a successful Thun hospitality and restaurant family, she completed her training as a personnel specialist and commercial assistant at the Hotellerie SHV. She is the mother of a 5-year-old daughter.
The Dusseldorfer has been in charge of the kitchen since 2003. He gained his professional experience in both traditional inns and top quality restaurants (1 and 2 Michelin stars).
The 36-year-old from Adelboden joined us in autumn 2015. He recently completed his additional training as a federally certified head chef, and teaching apprentices is one of his great passions.
