Thursday - Homage to Jürgen Willing and his 20 years of loyalty to Bellevue. We cook his favorite dishes.
Friday - The Adelboden fromager-affineur Manfred Schmid enchants you every Friday with his best 50 hard and soft cheeses.
Saturday - Signature Dishes are a chef's gems that make his restaurant shine. Saturday evening is dedicated entirely to these Bellevue's Best.
Sunday - "Mare e Monti" is the inspiration every Sunday evening. We cook aromatic dishes from the coast and its mountainous hinterland.
