Room rates
The advertised room prices are per person/family per night (or for the stated duration in the case of flat rates) including

• Breakfast buffet
• Dinner (5 course meal «Cuisine du marché» or light menu)
• Unlimited use of mountain cable cars/buses in Adelboden (15.06.–20.10.2013)
• Participation in the fitness programme in winter: Aqua fit, Nordic Walking, etc.
• Use of the Spa «pour»
• Internet access (WLAN)
• VAT (exclusive of tourism taxes)

The Bellevue loyalty bonus

Returning guests benefit from a new loyalty bonus. For any total of 7 nights which you spend with us during a single calendar year (6.1. – 20.12), starting with the 8th night booked during the same year we are pleased to offer a discount of 10% of the room price, as well as a discount of 25% beginning on the 15th night (redeemable until December 20).

Check in/check out
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure.

Short stays
The minimum stay on weekends is 2 nights. Shorter stays upon request. Holidays are considered weekends.

Room/breakfast
Reduction CHF 40.– per person
Deregistration from dinner CHF 30.– (until 12 pm)
Price of dinner for guests at room/breakfast rates CHF 58.–

Christmas/New Year’s Eve
For stays shorter than 10 days including New Year’s Eve, there is a supplementary charge of CHF 120.–. Additional charge for holiday dinners for stays of fewer than 6 nights, CHF 60.– per dinner (24th and 25th December).

Season and middle season: 50%

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 20 days prior to the agreed arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will be billed at the full rate if the room booking cannot be sold to another party. This condition also applies to later arrival / early departure.

Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover late cancellations, which we will also be happy to arrange on your behalf. This costs a flat-rate CHF 25.- per person. The general conditions of the Insurer will apply.
General conditions

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments in the spa
For the courtesy of other guests we ask that you give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. As is customary, short notice cancellations will result in a 80% charge of scheduled services.
