Bundergletti (2100 m): leichte Skitour
Romantisch, kontrastreich
Die direkt unter
dem Bunderspitz gelegene Bundergletti ist eine wahre
Insidertour, dies nicht nur der Gämsen wegen,
die man hier erspäht. Ohne den letzten anstrengenden
Bunderspitz-Aufstieg bewältigen zu
müssen, bietet die Tour traumhaft sanfte Hänge für
die Abfahrt und schöne Kontraste mit dem nahen kantigen Lohnermassiv und
der
lieblichen Bunderalp.
Der Gipfelblick geht beinahe rundherum: zur
Niesenkette, zum Elsighorn, Tschenten, Chuenisbärgli
und Silleren-Hahnenmoos. Gemütliche Hütten laden zum
Rasten und An-der-Sonne-Sitzen
ein. Ausgangspunkt: Bonderlen. Aufstieg: 3
Std. Höhendifferenz: 700 m. Schwierigkeitsgrad
technisch und konditionell: leicht.
Fleckli (1861 m): leichte Skitour
Der Trainingsberg Seit der Skilift vor ein paar Jahren stillgelegt wurde, gehört das Fleckli wieden den Skitourengängern. Besonders beliebt ist die alte, neu entdeckte Genusstour bei Einsteigern. Angenehme, gleichmässige Steigung, ideale Länge, offenes Gelände, keine Lawinengefahr, schöne Sicht auf die Bundergletti. Ausgangspunkt: Schattseite (Hotel Alpina). Aufstieg: ca. 2 1/2 Std. Höhendifferenz: 550 m. Schwierigkeitsgrad technisch und konditionell: leicht.
Bunderspitz (2645 m): Skitour für geübte Tourengänger
Rassig,
prächtig Zusammen mit dem Wildstrubel gilt
der Bunderspitz als Adelbodens Klassiker
par excellence. Der «Allgemeine Skitourenführer der
Schweiz» von 1932 bezeichnete ihn als
«schönsten Aussichtspunkt auf die Berner Alpen», lobte
seine Abfahrt ebenfalls als die rassigste. Angenehmer Aufstieg in
abwechslungsreicher, romantischer Landschaft ab Bonderlen auf die
Bonderalp und
zur Schrickmatte, dann über einen mit Felsblöcken durchsetzten Rücken
hinauf in
den Hang des Bunderchumi. Von dort Schlussaufstieg mit abwechselnder
Steigung
über den Grat zum Gipfel. Prächtiges Panorama mit Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau
und
der Kandersteger Gruppe mit Blüemlisalp, Doldenhorn, Balmhorn, Altels
und
Rinderhorn. Hier erleben Sie das «andere» Adelboden. Ausgangspunkt:
Bonderlen.

Wildstrubel (3243 m): Skitour für geübte Tourengänger
Imposant,
königlich Ein Must für Ausdauernde und gute Skifahrer. Dieser
behäbige Walfisch, der zwischen den Kantonen Bern und Wallis liegt, ist
äusserst abwechslungsreich und bietet, abgesehen von der exponierten
Stelle beim rühstücksplatz, keine technischen Schwierigkeiten – dafür
Höhenluft (3243 m!) und eine imposante Sicht auf die Walliser
Viertausender, den Jura und den Mont Blanc. Nach der Überquerung der
Engstligenalp relativ steiler, ca. 1-stündiger Aufstieg über einen
Moränenkamm zum untersten Zipfel des Strubelgletschers, der dann in
südöstlicher Richtung begangen wird. Nach dem Frühstücksplatz wieder
steilerer Aufstieg zum Strubeljoch, von dort über den breiten, flachen
Firnrücken zum Gipfel. Ausgangspunkt: Engstligenalp. Aufstieg: 4 ½
Std. Höhendifferenz: 1300 m. Schwierigkeitsgrad konditionell: mittel,
technisch: wenig schwierig.
