Tea is like wine. One can be satisfied with the basics, or one can
explore and discover all of its hidden pleasures. We have chosen the
latter route and addressed ourselves to experts: Katrin and Gerhard
Lange from Länggass Tee in Bern. Time and again they travel to China and
Japan to visit tea producers. Thanks to these personal contacts we are
able to present you with true specialities, from the delicate white tea
to soft green teas and stronger black teas all the way to the malty and
smoky Oolong. |
